About us

LTO Sotočje is the institution concerned with comprehensive creation of tourist arrangements and promotion of the development of tourism in the area of two municipalities: Tolmin and Kobarid.

The three basic tasks of this institution are:

• Co-operating with, providing professional assistance to, and enhancing the development of activities carried out by providers of tourist services;
• Fostering the recognition and realisation of developmental policy of local communities in the area of tourism;
• Providing information and all-round assistance for visitors to our information centre.

At our tourist information centre, each interested visitor may find information on possible accommodations; local and regional sights; events; sport, recreational or cultural programmes; thematic trails; and the Triglav National Park.
 
Visitors to the info centre may use the Internet or make reservations for any tourist service provided within our region (an organised trip or any other programme that would suit their leisure time needs). We offer promotional publications, guidebooks, maps, and postcards.
