Our region of Soča Valley currently offers seven equipped climbing sites. The climbing area at:

Climbing area Nadiža near village Kred nearby the river Nadiža: 14 routes (4a – 7c);
Climbing area Pod Kopitcem near Kobarid: 9 routes (4c – 6b+);
Climbing area Čiginj near Tolmin: 45 routes (3 – 7c);
Climbing area Senica near Ljubinj: 37 routes (4a – 7b);
Climbing area  near Slap ob Idrijci: 14 routes (4a – 7a+);
Climbing area Pisano čelo near village Koritnica: 9 routes (6a+ - 7c) and
Climbing area near village Porezen: 10 routes (6a – 7b+).

Nearby, there is another climbing site Lutne skale in Bukovska grapa in Cerkno region - 61 routes (4a – 7c).

The difficulty level varies from easy to 8a.
Climbing routes in the mountains of Tolminski Migovec and particularly at Novi vrh are in their characteristics closer to sport climbing than to the alpine one: easy access, warm south-facing rock walls and short routes (up to 150 m) offer enjoyable adventures, which could hardly be compared to severe conditions on vast north-facing walls.
